Yes, you heard right. Briley is calling it quits after 6 long years. With 2.5 EP's, 1 full length album, a couple of radio spots, over 150 shows all over the great state of Texas, and most importantly, the chance to meet and rock out with some of the greatest people both onstage and in the audience, we know we've been lucky to have done so much.
So we're wrapping it all up on Saturday October 7th at one of our favorite venues, The Wreck Room. Our great friends Goodwin and A Revolution of Kings will be on hand to rock your face with us.
We would love you to come and be a part of this final Briley event. We've made special arrangements to make this a 17+ show so we dont' want to hear any excuses.
Many many thanks to those of you have who stuck with us throughout the history of Briley. Pat, John, Randal, thank you for your support and tender caress of our egos. Jay & Johanna, thank you for coming to everyshow for the past year and a half. You guys rock so hard. To Goodwin, A Revolution of Kings, Halto Bravo, Roma 79, and the myriad other musicians we had the pleasure of sharing the stage with, thank you for the music you brought to all of us.
Finally, to anyone who has ever come to a Briley show, bought our CDs, downloaded an MP3, or accidentally listened to us, thank you for supporting all music.
Ok, enough with the sappy stuff. We're ready to rock out on the 7th. YOU better be there!
